- 1kg of courgettes
- 1kg of onions

- gruyère cheese
- In a large pan soften the sliced onions in olive oil. Add the courgettes. Stir well.
- When they are almost cooked, throw in the grated gruyère and season with salt and pepper.
- Thoroughly mix in a spoonful of flour, a pinch of nutmeg and 2 eggs and then pour into a gratin dish.
- Bake in a medium oven at 150°C for 30 minutes.
