Discover this Provençal tian flavoured with olive oil…



  • 1kg of courgettes
  • 1kg of onions
  • salt, pepper
  • olive oil
  • flour
  • 2 eggs
  • gruyère cheese
  • nutmeg



  • In a large pan soften the sliced onions in olive oil. Add the courgettes. Stir well.
  • When they are almost cooked, throw in the grated gruyère and season with salt and pepper.
  • Thoroughly mix in a spoonful of flour, a pinch of nutmeg and 2 eggs and then pour into a gratin dish.
  • Bake in a medium oven at 150°C for 30 minutes.
