Communication is an essential action of community life that allows citizens to be informed. It is responsible for promoting actions and the city’s image in its territory and beyond. The Communications Department is associated with the Mayor’s Office.
It provides information assignments to residents, such as the organisation and communication of different events (ceremonies, inauguration, the mayor greetings, etc.), management of the City website, social networking and the dissemination of information on illuminated panels in public areas. It supports various city departments by responding to their needs (design and production of communication materials or information brochures).
Working directly with the local media, the communications department ensure the transmission of press releases and other information related to municipal life.
The Communications Department is open to the public from Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM.
